Consultant – ServiceNow HR Workflow Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for managing ServiceNow change requests and designing HR workflow solutions that align with organisational policies and service level agreements. The consultant will work closely with GSSC Operations, GIT, and the Centre of Excellence to deliver reliable HR service catalog items.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PISA change requests in ServiceNow from initiation through implementation, including KOT creation, modification, deactivation, and group membership updates.
• Design, optimise and maintain HR workflows, task creation and approval flows, ensuring compliance with SLA governance.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing activities and the build‑test‑deploy cycle for HR service catalog items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, obtain sign‑offs and prepare regular update reports.
• Produce progress reports and build ServiceNow (SNOW) reports for GSSC Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR processes is advantageous.
• Prince2 or other relevant project‑management certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities.
