Consultant – Quality Cloud Implementation (Remote)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Consultant to help life‑science customers adopt its newest Quality Cloud solution, Veeva LIMS. You will work remotely with clients worldwide, guiding them through successful GxP software implementations and ensuring rapid product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects at life‑science companies designing and deploying Quality & Manufacturing applications.
• Support Functional Analysts in workshops and customer discussions of the Vault Quality suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training).
• Design, prototype, configure, and document Quality/Content management solutions.
• Configure Veeva Vault Quality Suite per customer requirements, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formatted output reports, and notifications.
• Leverage out‑of‑the‑box or best‑practice configurations to shape solution strategy.
• Assess change impact on existing configurations and collaborate with stakeholders to make timely decisions.
• Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams such as data migration and systems integration.
• Ensure customer success from the start to the end of each engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in life‑science or healthcare organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in life science, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and able to act quickly to understand business requirements.
• Exposure to life‑science compliance and computer‑systems validation requirements.
