Consultant Doctor – Trichology & Cosmetology (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Consultant Doctor to join our Trichology & Cosmetology clinic in Ballygunge. The role involves delivering dermatology and hair‑care consultations, performing aesthetic procedures, and ensuring safe, personalized treatment for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and hair assessments, review medical histories and provide accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and explain individualized treatment plans, outlining procedures, risks, timelines and after‑care.
• Perform a range of aesthetic and clinical procedures including laser hair reduction, laser skin treatments, chemical peels, PRP therapy, microneedling, Botox, fillers, threads and other injectables.
• Document treatment parameters and follow‑ups in the Zenoti system.
• Build trust through ethical guidance, clear communication and empathetic client interaction.
• Collaborate with consultants, technicians and front‑desk staff to support clinic operations and drive ethical treatment conversions.
• Participate in internal training, SOP improvements and assist with day‑to‑day clinical tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, BDS or MDS) with 1‑5 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology or trichology.
• Hands‑on experience with lasers, chemical peels, PRP and injectable aesthetic procedures.
• Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, client‑centric practice.
