Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for residential apartment projects in Bangalore. The role involves managing all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, and waterproofing.
• Implement health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Organise work schedules for subcontractors and tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect work for quality, maintain daily progress reports (DPR), and monitor material usage.
• Manage onsite labour, materials, and machinery, acting as the liaison between contractors, architects, and management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or any comparable qualification (BE in Civil not required).
• 2‑4 years of experience in construction of residential apartments (minimum G+4 floors) in Bangalore.
• Male candidates preferred as per posting.
