Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead daily construction activities on our project sites. The role ensures that work is executed in line with drawings, specifications and safety standards while maintaining quality, efficiency and site discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and monitor labour, subcontractors and site workers.
• Track project progress and report delays or issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain quality control and proper use of materials.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers and vendors.
• Maintain daily site reports and work logs.
• Assist in material planning and inventory control.
• Resolve on‑site issues and bottlenecks promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites.
• Ability to manage labour, subcontractors and site workers effectively.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with engineers, project managers and vendors.
