Construction Site Manager

About the role

Triveni Engicons Pvt Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities on its Jamshedpur projects. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure that construction work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all site operations, monitor progress, and ensure work follows approved plans and specifications.
• Supervise site staff, contractors, and subcontractors, promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment, optimizing allocation to meet project timelines.
• Prepare regular reports on schedule, budget, and performance for senior management and clients.
• Track budgets and schedules, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal leadership to resolve operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in site processes and team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience managing or overseeing construction projects on‑site.
• Strong project management and site coordination abilities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proven leadership skills to supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Jamshedpur and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
