Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to handover. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Prepare construction schedules, track progress, and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
• Supervise daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure material availability.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.
• Control project costs, verify contractor bills, and prepare cost forecasts.
• Maintain daily progress reports, documentation, and compliance with permits and regulations.
• Facilitate communication among client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–15 years of experience in construction/project management, preferably on high‑rise residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
