Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and secure profitable agreements.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
• Determine required resources—including manpower, equipment, and materials—while respecting budget constraints.
• Plan construction operations, schedule intermediate phases, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Procure equipment and materials, manage inventory, and address shortages promptly.
• Hire contractors and staff, assign responsibilities, and supervise laborers, mechanics, and other personnel.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and evaluate project performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any issues.
