Construction Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager (MEP) to lead on‑site mechanical, electrical and plumbing works for its real‑estate projects. Reporting to the Project Director Real Estate, you will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site MEP construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and commissioning teams for seamless system integration.
• Manage site logistics, material handling, equipment placement and access in line with Siemens guidelines.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems, enforcing design specifications, industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular status, budget and schedule reports to stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, conduct inspections and resolve any quality issues.
• Implement and monitor a robust Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program, participating in safety meetings and inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing MEP construction projects on a large scale.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule and monitor project progress and cash flow.
• Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and EHS compliance.
