Construction Manager – JJM Project

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to lead the JJM Project. In this full‑time position you will oversee all construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all on‑site construction activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
