About the role
Lead and manage construction activities for major urban infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise contractors and coordinate with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Manage construction of flyovers, PSC girders/pier caps, piling and retaining structures.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance with specifications.
- Handle urban traffic arrangements and construction in congested areas.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and risks.
Required profile
- 20+ years of experience in construction/project management.
- Strong background in urban infrastructure, metro, flyover or similar projects.
- Hands‑on experience with piling, PSC structures, retaining structures and traffic management.
- Proven ability to lead large construction teams and coordinate contractors and clients.
