Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead planning, coordination, supervision and monitoring of all construction activities for the Industrial Park, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality, HSE, schedule and cost requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities for the Industrial Park, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, quality, HSE and schedule.
• Administer contracts with contractors, vendors and suppliers, monitor compliance, manage change requests and oversee claims and dispute resolution.
• Review and approve work programmes, monitor progress, prepare monthly progress reports and identify risks and mitigation measures.
• Ensure quality control through a quality assurance plan, manage third‑party inspections and value‑engineering reviews.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of assets, approve as‑built drawings and issue completion certificates.
• Coordinate with government authorities (GoAP, APBDICL, Department of Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals) to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and project management for infrastructure, industrial parks or SEZ projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale contracts, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
