Construction Manager – Industrial Park Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor all construction activities for the Industrial Park, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality, HSE, schedule, cost and contractual requirements. The role also manages interfaces among contractors, utility systems and project stakeholders through testing, commissioning and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts for all project packages, monitor compliance, handle change requests and develop claims management processes.
• Supervise construction activities, review and approve work programmes, monitor progress and report monthly to the client.
• Ensure quality control of works, conduct inspections, review design documents and certify final amounts due under contracts.
• Coordinate with government agencies, obtain necessary permissions and oversee testing, commissioning and asset handover.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports, maintain site records, and manage as‑built documentation and maintenance manuals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and project management for infrastructure, industrial parks, SEZs or mixed‑use developments.
• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
