About the role

The municipality of Saint-Jean de Braye is hiring a full‑time caregiver for its collective nursery. Working under the head of the collective crèche, you will ensure the well‑being of children and support their families throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor children’s health, safety, well‑being and development according to their individual rhythm.
• Administer medication only with a doctor’s prescription and the head’s validation.
• Create a reassuring and stimulating environment for young children.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the pedagogical project.
• Respect hygiene and safety regulations, maintain and organise equipment and materials.

Required profile

• Experience or training in early‑childhood care (auxiliaire de puériculture).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with families.
• Commitment to child safety, hygiene standards and the educational mission of the crèche.
