Concrete Technologist – Executive N

About the role

The Executive N – Concrete Technologist will act as a frontline technologist specialized in concrete solutions. You will support business growth by conducting on‑site trials, customizing admixture formulations, and converting sales leads into technical solutions. Extensive travel to project sites across the defined geography is required.

Key responsibilities

• Customize admixture formulations at site level to meet client performance requirements and test them against target parameters.
• Prepare and deliver finalized formulation samples for client evaluation.
• Design specialized concrete mixes such as self‑compacting concrete and precast concrete.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance at project sites, including on‑site sampling of admixture products.
• Build long‑term relationships with RMCs, contractors, and QA/QC personnel to generate business.
• Collect and analyse competitor product samples to drive product improvements.
• Support marketing by conducting product trials and benchmarking APL product strength against market offerings.
• Collaborate with R&D for new product development based on market feedback.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum 50% marks, no backlogs) from a Tier III/IV institute.
• 1–8 years of experience in RMC or admixture companies.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology and admixture applications.
