We are seeking a Concierge Executive to join our luxury villa management team in Goa. The role focuses on delivering seamless, high‑quality service to guests throughout their stay, working closely with property managers and operations staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors to fulfill guest service requests promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests needing service‑related assistance.
• Promote and upsell in‑villa amenities and conveniences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Monitor and resolve guest requests with professionalism and speed.
