Compliance Analyst – Marketing Communications

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its Marketing Communication Compliance team in Hyderabad. The role will support the EMEA Marketing Compliance team and, as business needs evolve, other regions such as APAC and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial promotion materials for the EMEA region, including presentations and fact sheets, following established procedures.
• Conduct periodic monitoring reviews of approved marketing materials using a risk‑based approach.
• Perform monitoring reviews for RFPs targeting the EMEA market.
• Prepare and analyse periodic management reports and metrics for the Marketing Compliance function.
• Document procedures, process flows, and role responsibilities for activities managed from Hyderabad.
• Maintain highly confidential files and handle sensitive information securely.
• Execute special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
• Collaborate with local and global compliance teams, participate in regional calls, and escalate issues appropriately.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory review, or related fields.
• Familiarity with marketing communications compliance, especially for financial services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including adjustments for UK daylight‑saving time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
