Competition Law Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Competition Law Associate to join our practice area. You will work closely with senior attorneys to support clients facing antitrust investigations, merger reviews, and competition law compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis for antitrust investigations.
• Draft responses to regulatory notices and assist in developing client strategies.
• Prepare merger notification filings and coordinate with clients and regulators.
• Perform due‑diligence on competition law aspects of merger transactions.
• Provide advisory services on competition law compliance, assessments of business practices, and draft legal memoranda.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in a law firm focusing on competition law.
• Law degree from a recognized law school with a strong academic record.
• Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality legal service.
• Passion for competition law and staying updated on legal developments.
