Community, Talent & Ecosystem Development Lead

About the role

We are building an ambitious technology company at the intersection of software, developer ecosystems, creator communities, interactive experiences, and digital infrastructure. We need a highly energetic, socially intelligent professional to lead our Discord and broader community ecosystem efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage our Discord community ecosystem.
• Create engagement programs that encourage participation, collaboration, and long‑term retention across software engineering, startups, gaming, creators, and emerging technologies.
• Foster healthy discussions, mentorship, and learning opportunities for newcomers and experienced professionals.
• Engage with developer, university, creator, and gaming communities to identify exceptional talent aligned with our culture.
• Support hiring through community‑led sourcing, relationship building, and conversion funnels.
• Plan and execute Discord‑first campaigns, AMAs, workshops, hackathons, networking sessions, and live events.
• Collaborate with social media teams to amplify community growth and translate company vision.

Required profile

• Passionate about networking, community building, and talent discovery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate meaningful conversations.
• Self‑starter who enjoys solving problems and connecting people.
• Comfortable working on‑site in South Delhi and handling full‑time responsibilities.
