Community Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Community Program Manager who thrives on meaningful interactions and has a flair for bringing people together. You will be the custodian of guest experience, community relationships, and on‑ground brand storytelling across our restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary guest‑facing presence during service hours, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, understood, and valued.
• Maintain an active floor presence to observe service flow, guest behaviour, and experience quality, intervening to elevate outcomes.
• Document guest preferences and notable interactions to support a soft CRM and personalized service.
• Monitor and review guest feedback from physical forms, digital platforms, and informal conversations.
• Compile weekly feedback reports, highlight trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Capture on‑ground moments for storytelling‑led content and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
• Manage, mentor, and train community interns and associates on guest interaction standards and brand values.

Required profile

• Passionate about guest experience and community building.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to turn observations into brand narratives.
• Data‑backed decision‑making mindset.
• Comfortable working six days a week on the restaurant floor.
