Community Marketing Associate – Build & Grow Brand Community

About the role

Cumin Co is seeking a Community Marketing Associate to develop and nurture a vibrant consumer community both online and offline. You will turn customers into brand advocates, create engaging touchpoints, and drive word‑of‑mouth growth for our health‑first cookware brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage community presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Design and run engagement campaigns, polls, and discussions to encourage two‑way communication.
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate micro and macro influencers aligned with brand values.
• Create ambassador programs and maintain influencer calendars with performance tracking.
• Plan and execute pop‑ups, workshops, cook‑alongs and experiential events in partnership with fitness studios, food creators and local communities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce authentic community‑first narratives.
• Monitor social conversations, respond to queries and maintain an approachable brand voice.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment analysis and community growth KPIs, providing actionable insights to marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in community marketing, influencer marketing or brand engagement, preferably in D2C or lifestyle brands.
• Deep understanding of digital communities, social platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Passion for food, lifestyle and wellness is a plus.
