Community Manager – Legal Community (Hybrid, Delhi NCR)

About the role

CaseMate is building a modern community for Indian litigators, both online and offline. As a Community Manager you will shape and grow this ecosystem, connecting lawyers through digital platforms and in‑person events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture lawyer communities on WhatsApp.
• Develop and grow a community‑focused Instagram page.
• Plan and execute weekly events such as run clubs, board games, networking socials, pickleball, and more.
• Collaborate with the founding team to increase CaseMate’s visibility within India’s legal landscape.

Required profile

• Passion for networking and community building.
• Understanding of Instagram and online community dynamics.
• Enjoys organizing events and bringing people together.
• Interest in startups, law, or creator communities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with WhatsApp group management.
• Experience creating and managing Instagram content.
• Event planning and coordination abilities.

What we offer

• Flexible working hours with 1–2 days per week onsite in Delhi NCR.
• Hybrid work model (remote + occasional in‑person events).
• Monthly compensation of ₹10,000–₹15,000 plus performance incentives.
