Community Executive

About the role

Healix Scrubs is a premium medical‑apparel brand serving nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals worldwide. As a Community Executive you will be the voice of the brand on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook during US peak hours, fostering warm, on‑brand conversations and supporting customers in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with comments on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook during the night shift, replying, liking and pinning to keep the tone friendly and consistent.
• Conduct outbound engagement by commenting on creator posts, nursing content and trending conversations relevant to the brand.
• Tri­age direct messages, routing order or support issues to the help‑desk (Gorgias) and handling community‑specific queries personally.
• Respond to product reviews and tags, surface high‑quality user‑generated content for reposting.
• Flag sentiment shifts, recurring complaints or viral moments in a daily end‑of‑shift report.
• Support live moments such as product drops, promotions and giveaways.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in community management, social engagement or e‑commerce support.
• Excellent conversational written English – quick, warm, human and free of copy‑paste responses.
• Willingness to work a fixed night‑shift aligned with US business hours.
• Good judgment on when to be humorous, helpful or to escalate issues.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture; experience with healthcare communities is a plus.
