Community Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

The Community Associate / Senior Associate will be the face of WeWork India, ensuring a welcoming and collaborative environment for members across our flexible workspaces. You will support the Community Management team in delivering exceptional member experiences, driving growth, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create a friendly community atmosphere through events, member introductions, and relationship building.
• Manage front‑desk operations: greet visitors, handle member check‑ins/check‑outs, schedule tours, and distribute promotional materials.
• Oversee membership initiatives, respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct one‑on‑one feedback sessions.
• Support renewal and growth targets for the building, including upselling amenities and ancillary services.
• Assist with event planning, set‑up, breakdown, and communication of newsletters and posters.
• Collaborate with the Community Lead and Community Manager to ensure operational excellence.
