Communications Executive (CSR)

About the role

INTAS Foundation, the CSR arm of INTAS Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is seeking a Communications Executive to lead its CSR storytelling and digital engagement in Ahmedabad. The role will craft compelling impact narratives, manage social media channels, and support offline community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute CSR communication and branding initiatives across projects, ensuring all materials align with organisational brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement annual social media calendars, coordinate impact narratives, manage content publishing, and enhance stakeholder engagement on digital platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, website mentions, subscriber growth and online visibility, escalating any risks or observations.
• Coordinate WhatsApp communication campaigns and disseminate programme updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage website content updates, including CSR plans, annual reports, impact assessment reports and project information.
• Liaise with design, hosting and communication agencies to ensure timely publication and maintenance of digital and print assets.
• Prepare communication MIS reports, analytics dashboards, stories of change and visibility reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Development Communication, Social Media Management, Digital Communication or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in CSR communication or development‑sector storytelling.
• Strong understanding of branding, stakeholder engagement and impact narrative creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate programme outcomes into compelling stories.
• Proven project coordination, documentation, reporting and vendor‑management capabilities.
• High attention to detail, creativity and ability to work collaboratively.
