About the role

Voeux, a fast‑growing automotive accessories brand, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand its dealer and retailer network in Kochi, Kerala. This commission‑based position offers flexibility with a mix of field visits and work‑from‑home days, ideal for self‑driven professionals who thrive on performance‑based earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Visit car accessory markets and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Present Voeux’s premium Android car stereos, sound systems, speakers, and in‑car electronics to shop owners.
• Identify new sales opportunities, onboard new dealers, and drive repeat orders.
• Coordinate dealer orders with internal teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with retailers and distributors.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest or knowledge of car accessories or the automotive aftermarket.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
• Result‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Familiarity with the local market in Kochi is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
