Commission Sales Associate

About the role

Beyond pixells is looking for a motivated Commission Sales Associate to join its remote team. You will be responsible for driving new business by promoting the company’s social media management services to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and outreach to prospective B2B clients via calls, messages and online networking.
• Present Beyond pixells’ services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, gather feedback and coordinate with creative and account teams.
• Track leads, opportunities and performance metrics in a CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and stay updated on social media and digital‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with lead generation, prospecting and closing, preferably in digital marketing or creative services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to explain social media services in value‑focused terms.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and related digital‑marketing concepts.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely on a commission basis with good time‑management.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and report results.
• Collaborative attitude when working with internal teams and diverse clients.
• High school diploma required; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
