Commi Chef – Full‑time Kitchen Assistant

About the role

The Commi Chef position is a full‑time, on‑site role at a Superhouse Education campus in Ghaziabad. You will support senior kitchen staff in preparing nutritious meals for students, staff and guests while upholding the institution's high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation, cooking and plating for students, staff and guests.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring safe food handling and clean work areas.
• Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare pre‑meal mise en place and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Coordinate with the service team to deliver meals on time and contribute to menu improvements.

Required profile

• Strong food preparation and cooking abilities.
• Solid knowledge of hygiene standards and safe food handling.
• Basic culinary training or a diploma in hotel management/food production.
• Experience in school, institutional or high‑volume kitchens (advantageous).
• Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods and follow safety guidelines.
