Cold Caller (Night Shift)

About the role

Edream International is seeking a full‑time Cold Caller to work night shifts (7 pm – 5 am) on‑site in Islamabad. You will contact potential clients by phone, introduce the company’s branding and content services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following provided scripts and answer basic questions about services.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings for the sales team.
• Update call records in the CRM or tracking system and prepare brief call summaries.
• Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and meet call and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities in phone conversations.
• Basic customer service skills such as empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Good time‑management, organization and accurate record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with sales processes, lead generation and CRM or call‑tracking tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing or call‑center environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad, meet performance targets and collaborate with branding and sales teams.
