Co-working Space Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Manager to drive occupancy for our co‑working spaces in Pune. The role combines lead generation, client engagement, site‑visit coordination and closing bookings while working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, generate, qualify and nurture leads for co‑working space bookings.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits across Pune, support presentations and negotiations.
- Respond to client inquiries about pricing, availability, facilities and membership plans.
- Maintain lead databases, booking status and follow‑up trackers; prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations and admin teams for workspace allocation and client onboarding.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in co‑working spaces, real estate, hospitality or inside sales.
- Proven ability to manage client meetings, schedules and booking activities.
- Comfortable interacting with business and corporate customers.
- Willingness to travel for regular client visits across Pune.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
