CMS Executive – CCTV Monitoring & Security Operations

About the role

The CMS Executive will monitor CCTV cameras, alarm panels, panic alerts and related sensors across multiple branches, ensuring security incidents are identified and acted upon promptly. This role works in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, coordinating with branch staff, security personnel, police and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV feeds, alarm panels, panic alerts, motion/PIC sensors, shutters and magnetic contacts.
• Verify and respond to security alerts according to SOPs and promptly escalate critical incidents.
• Coordinate with branch staff, security personnel, police and vendors during alerts or incidents.
• Monitor night‑time branch visits and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct basic health checks of CCTV, alarm panels and sensors; report faults to vendors.
• Maintain updated emergency contact details for branches, police, security personnel and other stakeholders.
• Review CCTV footage and retrieve recordings for incident verification when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, shift reports, MIS and data‑entry records.
• Ensure proper shift handover and protect confidentiality of surveillance information.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Fresher or any experience in CCTV monitoring, control‑room operations, security or data entry.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good typing accuracy, observation, communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
