CMA US Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CMA US Trainer to join our academic team in Kochi. The role involves delivering engaging, practical, and exam‑oriented training to candidates preparing for the CMA US certification.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured training sessions covering the full CMA US syllabus.
• Explain complex accounting and finance concepts in a clear, practical manner.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
• Guide students in exam preparation, revision, and effective study strategies.
• Conduct assessments, mock tests, and performance evaluations.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Clarify academic doubts and offer one‑on‑one guidance when required.
• Stay updated with changes in the CMA US syllabus, examination pattern, and industry practices.
• Contribute to improving academic content, training methodologies, and student outcomes.

Required profile

• CMA US qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Management, and Financial Management.
• Prior experience in CMA US training or teaching is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing finance professionals.
