About the role
The Cluster Manager – Two Wheeler (TW) leads business development for the two‑wheeler segment within an assigned cluster. You will nurture dealer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth operations across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the TW segment.
- Build, empanel, and groom dealer networks to expand market coverage.
- Coordinate new business tie‑ups with dealers and manufacturers.
- Drive profitability through collaboration with Territory Managers and the wider sales team.
- Identify training needs and support team performance improvement.
- Introduce and implement marketing and sales promotion initiatives in partnership with product teams.
- Promote consumer loan business via open market, branch channels, and dealers.
- Organise display activities across corporate and branch locations.
- Provide market intelligence, product proposals, and regular MIS reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive or two‑wheeler sector.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship‑building and client‑servicing skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
