About the role
The Cluster Manager will lead franchise acquisition and business growth for Aditya Birla Money Ltd. in the Gwalior region. This role focuses on expanding the franchisee base, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance within a highly regulated brokerage environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new franchise partners to meet target acquisition numbers.
- Onboard and manage relationships with existing franchisees, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 30 active business partners.
- Achieve revenue and volume targets, including a 60% online revenue contribution and cross‑sell goals of 300 transactions.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI, AMFI, etc.), and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional sales and compliance teams to align strategies and resolve challenges.
Required profile
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, retail sales, or business development within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Leadership ability to manage a large partner network and drive results.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on meeting quantitative targets.
