Assistant Branch Manager – Satna

About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager will support the branch’s business targets by overseeing the performance of Field Sales Leaders (FLS) and advisors. This role focuses on recruitment, coaching, compliance, and driving sales productivity within the Satna branch.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure budgeted capacity of FLS and achieve assigned business targets.
• Recruit and onboard quality advisors, meeting recruitment and activation standards.
• Monitor profitability, renewal targets, and business health of the branch.
• Track advisor contests, clubs, and training needs; share best sales practices.
• Mentor, coach, and hand‑hold FLS through sales and recruitment calls.
• Maintain sales reports on introductions and issued business.
• Design and implement engagement interventions to boost activity and delivery.
• Conduct periodic reviews of key business levers and take corrective actions.
• Set goals with the team, drive agency initiatives, and ensure daily adherence to sales processes.
• Manage attrition, incentive earnings, and risk compliance according to company policies.
• Maintain internal and external relationships, communicate new products and schemes, and visit top advisors regularly.
• Develop a pipeline of sales professionals and nurture second‑line leaders within the branch.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, recruitment, and team coaching.
