About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Cloud Operations & Workload Specialist, responsible for maintaining high‑availability cloud environments and supporting the product team with robust infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cloud environments to ensure uptime, performance, and security compliance.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development and IT teams to minimize downtime.
• Execute routine maintenance, patch updates, and implement security recommendations.
• Conduct performance analysis, optimize resource utilization, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain backup and disaster‑recovery plans to guarantee data and application availability.
• Document operational procedures, incident reports, and technical documentation for cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with product teams to deliver infrastructure requirements.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/M.E degree.
• 3‑6 years of experience in cloud operations, customer support, and ITSM processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Azure or other public cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code framework development.
• Containerization technologies.
• Network architecture knowledge (Hub‑Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls).
• Design and implementation of multi‑cloud and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Understanding of migration approaches.
• AI knowledge (advantage).
