Cloud Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cloud Administrator with at least one year of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and cloud operations. The role involves supporting cloud environments, automating tasks, and assisting migration projects for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and virtual environments.
• Assist in cloud and Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Administer Windows and Linux systems and develop PowerShell automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot networking, OS, and hardware issues and monitor system health.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, and VirtualBox.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patching, and backup verification.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and provide incident resolution support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless cloud service deployment.
