Clinical Support Executive – Pharmacist (B.Pharm/D.Pharm)

About the role

AIVIDA HealthCare is seeking enthusiastic B.Pharm or D.Pharm graduates to join its clinical support team in Chennai. The role involves collaborating with doctors, patients, and partner facilities to ensure smooth delivery of healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in patient coordination and support activities.
• Review, update, and maintain patient records and prescription details.
• Support doctors with clinical documentation, follow‑ups, and reporting.
• Educate patients on proper medication usage and adherence.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare guidelines.
• Handle patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm qualification.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑centric environment.
