About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinics in Gurgaon and South Delhi. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
• Manage patient flow, coordinate daily clinic operations, and handle follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient satisfaction.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or client‑relations role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑centered attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
