Clinical & Product Analyst – Pharmacy Module (EHR/EMR/HIS)

About the role

Script Assist is seeking a Clinical & Product Analyst to help shape its fast‑growing pharmacy technology platform. The role works remotely from India during UK business hours and bridges the gap between pharmacy operations and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse pharmacy and clinical requirements from pharmacists, dispensers and prescribers.
• Translate business needs into clear software specifications, workflows, validation rules and integration points.
• Conduct end‑to‑end workflow investigations, identify edge cases and assess patient‑safety impacts.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering, QA, implementation and customer‑support teams.
• Participate in user‑acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met before release.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with pharmacy or medication modules in EHR, EMR, HIS or pharmacy software platforms.
• Ability to understand complex pharmacy workflows and challenge unclear requirements.
• Junior‑to‑mid‑level experience as a Clinical Analyst, Product Analyst, Healthcare Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to clinical and patient‑safety details.
