Clinical Manager – Advanced Wound Care

Be part of a global healthcare company dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people's lives. As Clinical Manager for Advanced Wound Care, you will combine clinical expertise with strategic business partnership to drive sustainable growth and superior patient outcomes across India.

Key responsibilities

• Train internal and external customers on clinical applications and product use, ensuring accurate and competitive promotion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and drive clinical educational programs across zones.
• Support the National Clinical Manager on projects such as centres of excellence, advisory boards, DFU and Care Clinics, and clinical evidence generation.
• Provide market feedback, technical support for tenders, product demonstrations, and liaise with Global Learning Centre, Product Development, Medical Affairs and Applied Research.
• Represent the organization at national and international conferences and deliver education to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert in clinical specialization, preferably MBBS or MD with at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong drive, ethical mindset, excellent self‑organisation and ability to handle multiple tasks and travel.
• Alignment with Coloplast mission, vision and values and a passion to make a difference.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with multiple software packages and graphics tools.
