About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound will support the adoption and optimal use of Philips ultrasound solutions in clinical settings. The role involves maintaining application documentation, providing technical support, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to ensure effective product utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of clinical application usage, performance metrics, and user feedback.
• Adapt to evolving technological advancements and user requirements through professional development and training.
• Assist in resolving generic processes within established procedures, applying basic application knowledge to troubleshoot challenges.
• Populate and maintain knowledge bases and support resources with up‑to‑date information and best practices.
• Support preparation of detailed reports and presentations on clinical application performance, utilization metrics, and workflow optimization recommendations.
• Provide basic and advanced technical support to resolve application issues, ensuring continuous operational reliability.
• Demonstrate the ultrasound product portfolio to customers and enable the sales team with product training and business support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering & Radiology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Based in Vijayawada and willing to travel, conduct hospital visits, and work onsite as required.
