About the role
The Application Specialist provides post‑sales training and pre‑sales demonstrations for IGT products at new and existing sites, while supporting clinical activities across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Provide post‑sales application training for new and existing IGT sites, ensuring systems are handed over successfully and users become independent.
- Conduct pre‑sales demonstrations of IGT products and support clinical activities at regional and national conferences, workshops and CME events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key IGT users, clinicians and KOLs, and help establish demo/reference sites.
- Create case studies, clinical newsletters and testimonials to showcase product impact.
Required profile
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Cardiology, Imaging Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a cardiac catheterisation laboratory.
- Strong understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology, procedures and workflow of medical systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English and ability to learn quickly.
