About the role
We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic clients. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with basic cosmetology therapy support, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for patients.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, creating a friendly first impression.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate bookings.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in‑person.
- Maintain clinic records, perform basic billing, and conduct data entry tasks.
- Edit and post photos or videos for the clinic’s social‑media channels.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Resides in or near Wakad, Pune (preferred).
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Social media photo/video editing.
- Basic billing and data entry.
