Client Success Director – Healthcare RCM

About the role

The Client Success Director will lead strategic relationships with healthcare providers, health systems and physician groups across the United States. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence in revenue cycle management (RCM) engagements, improving key performance metrics and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define and execute RCM strategies that improve cash flow and reduce denials.
• Conduct regular business reviews, KPI analysis and financial reporting to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to optimize the end‑to‑end revenue cycle, including denials and accounts receivable management.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, driving retention and expansion.
• Provide strategic planning and guidance on revenue cycle optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably with hospitals, health systems or physician groups.
• Track record of success in client success, account management and executive relationship building.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
