Civil Superintendent - Construction

About the role

Technip Energies is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead civil construction activities on Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical and industrial projects. The role ensures safe, high‑quality, and timely execution of all civil works while supporting project handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil works including foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and underground utilities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical and construction teams.
• Monitor contractor performance, construction progress and quality standards.
• Support inspections, site planning and project handover activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil construction activities in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications and health‑safety‑environment standards.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage contractor performance.
• Experience ensuring quality standards and supporting project handover.
