About the role
We are seeking a Civil Staff member to execute and supervise civil maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Execution and supervision of civil maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects.
- Planning and monitoring of civil works, contractor deployment, work fronts and schedules.
- Review of drawings, BOQs, specifications and quantity measurements/billing.
- Supervision of RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing, painting and building works.
- Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Projects, Safety, Purchase and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, statutory and site requirements.
- Preparation of estimates, scope of work, technical evaluations and work completion documentation.
