Civil Site Supervisor – Delhi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead construction activities on our projects in Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with subcontractors and the construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
• Supervise and direct the construction crew and subcontractors.
• Educate workers on safety regulations and accident protocols.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Handle site accidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for site personnel.
• Evaluate employee performance and apply disciplinary measures when necessary.
• Review blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommend operational changes to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Completion of a post‑secondary construction training program.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a site supervisor.
• CPR and first‑aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Required skills

• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• CPR and first‑aid certification.
