About the role
The Engineer – Execution – Site (Civil) is responsible for executing day‑to‑day civil construction activities on‑site, ensuring progress aligns with design, schedule, quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute assigned civil works (earthwork, substructure, superstructure, finishing) according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors and workforce to meet schedule and quality requirements.
- Monitor daily site progress and report delays or issues to managers.
- Ensure timely availability and optimal use of materials, manpower and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of civil works such as shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork and plastering.
- Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, inspection checklists and material reconciliations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams for inspections and safe work practices.
- Support preparation of bar bending schedules, joint measurements and contractor billing.
