Civil BIM Trainer – Academic & Training

About the role

RVM CAD is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong BIM and CAD expertise to join its academic and training team. The ideal candidate will combine practical industry experience with a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and developing technical content for civil and structural design.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in Civil Engineering, BIM, CAD, and Structural Design.
• Conduct hands‑on sessions on Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro and BIM workflows.
• Create industry‑oriented training modules, presentations, notes, assignments and assessments.
• Develop real‑world projects, case studies, drawings and models for student use.
• Mentor students, evaluate their work and ensure they acquire industry‑ready skills.

Required profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil and structural design.
• Hands‑on experience with Revit / Revit Structure and STAAD.Pro.
• Good understanding of BIM methodologies and workflows.
• Interest in teaching, training, mentoring and academic content development.
